The first step in this process is to clear any debris from the roof and valley areas
Then using the gutter master 1030 vacuum we go around and vacuum all debris from gutters.
All debris is collected in the vacuum waste drum and any other debris is bagged and removed from site.
The only thing if you need to do is make sure all windows and doors are closed and washing is off the line, as the gutter cleaning process does have the potential to generate dust in some circumstances.
If you have trees surrounding your house\shed and branches overhanging into the gutters they may need to be trimmed back for us to gain access to your gutters.
This will depend on the area you live in and the amount of trees in your surroundings. Some clients are a once a year clean and others are on a scheduled gutter maintenance program. Good practice would be once or twice a year.
We usually don’t need the home owner present whilst gutter cleaning is in progress, however as long as we can gain access around the building.
Please mention if you have pets in the yard.

The price is based on a few different variables such as:
- access to the gutters
- type and pitch of roof
- profile of gutters
- How much and what type of debris gutters are holding
- Location
- If gutters have any type of gutter guard fitted
- A small building can be as little as $160 through to $600 for a larger more complex job
- Our clients can provide their address and we can search your property through google maps and street view for us to gain an idea of the job.
- We can also arrange an onsite visit for a no obligation free quote.
Any of the above can be discussed upon quoting.
Payment can be made by direct bank deposit, OSKO payment, Cheque or Cash.
